Quick Methods to building Muscle Fast

Many of us guys have this vision of being able to build muscle fast. It's great to daydream about how other people would see us as we walk around with muscles popping out of our bodies. The thing is that for many of us, this will just stay as a dream.

For the vast majority of us, emulating the training of the pro's is a waste of our limited resources. These people have trained for many years, and this has enabled them to train harder and for longer. They have the genetics that most of us can only dream about. Also remeber the chemical advatage that a lot of them have.

When it comes to building muscle, a lot of people will buy the latest training gear, spend a fortune on bodybuilding supplements, and go the expense of a gym membership. However the majority of these people end up getting very small results, if any.

There are a few things that you will need to know if you want fast muscle growth. The first step is to see what exercises you are doing at the moment. If your training consists of spending a couple of hours in a gym doing exercises that target small muscles, then you will never build any serious muscle.

If you find yourself working out 4-5 times a week, you will struggle to gain muscle

You may think that you eat a lot, but you’d be surprised how little you actually do eat. Try writing down how many calories you are consuming each day. Do this for 7 days and see what results you get. Check which foods you are getting your calories from. You will probably need to up your calorie intake

If you want to build muscle fast you need to train big, eat big, and get more rest.

If the deadlift and squat were the only 2 exercises you did for a month or 2, you would not believe how much muscle you would gain. Your body will pack on a lot of muscle, just with these two exercises. You won't see a guy with large legs covered in muscle, and has thin arms and a sunken chest? No because the legs are your biggest muscles. When these are targeted, so is everything else.

Training like the guys in the magazines is not possible for us mortals. Our bodies don't have the ability to recover as quick from a training session. Your body won't fully recover with training every other day. How can you build muscle when no recovery from the previous session has taken place? Never train more than 3 times a week, twice a week would be even better. Your body can only grow muscle while it is at rest.

Follow the principles outlined here and you cannot fail to build muscle fast
