You met someone, you completely fall head over heals in love. You get married, things are great. You have a couple kids, things are getting better and better. You have more kids. Many people have been in this situation, and it’s a legitimate concern. You can’t just say, ‘If you love your wife, you wouldn’t worry about it.’ It’s a serious thing and should be given a lot of careful consideration. Obviously calling your spouse fat isn’t the best thing to do. But you should tell your spouse that you love them, and that you care about them enough to help them get onto the right track, and live a healthier lifestyle. There’s a lot more than physical attraction in a marriage obviously, but it shouldn’t be swept under the rug and be assumed as of little importance. It is important.

The harder you work and the better you eat, along with adding in a cup or two of oolong tea will help you reach those goals, and in the end you will feel like a better person.
