<p> Many of us have spent a fortune on all the must have muscle gainers and lean mean cutting additions, only to be unhappy with the results we are getting.  For those of you who&#8217;ve been muscle-building for a while, you know precisely what I am talking about.  </p>
<p> Not too far back, I became one of the lucky ones.  I learned the strategies to simply building huge amounts of lean muscle extremely quickly, and I would like to pass some of that info on to you so that you too can be &#8220;one of the fortunate ones.&#8221;</p>

<p> Tips to increase muscle quickly:</p>
<p> &#8211; Work hard although not long:</p>
<p> If you&#8217;re employed your muscle hard ( keep a high force ) but do not overwork them, you will cause them to grow, but not make them so exhausted that you slow the recovery process.  </p>
<p> &#8211; Eat Protein and carbohydrates:</p>
<p> Don&#8217;t cut carbs, particularly post workout.  Your muscles need carbs and protein in order to reconstruct after each exercise.  Give them the fuel they require particularly shortly after you leave the gymnasium.  </p>
<p> &#8211; Compound Exercises:</p>
<p> Do more compound exercises instead of targeting precise muscle groups.  This&#8217;ll help to build your muscle groups at once, instead of each group one at a time.  This may also add muscle groups together, making them work in conjunction with one another, something that you won&#8217;t get with isolation exercises.  </p>
<p> &#8211; Use Free Weights:</p>
<p> Using free weights will force your muscle to work harder to stabilise the weights where machines do the stabilization for you.  Stabilizing the weights while you lift will make you gain even more muscle quicker than if you are employing a locked down machine.  </p>
<p> &#8211; Drink Water:</p>
<p> You need to be hydrated if you would like your muscles to grow.  Make sure you are drinking plenty of water when you are exercising to add muscle.  </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Learning how to build chest muscles is probably the very first thing you learned when you got in the gymnasium.  I know when I started lifting in tenth grade that was the first thing that I was taught.  I can still remember doing the bench press with a 10lb.  Weight on all sides of the bar.  It was a enormous accomplishment when I had a 25lb weight on each side.  I was convinced that have a plate on each side meant that I had arrived.  Now a plate is just warm up and doing 2 per side is more of a normal thing. </p>
<p> Over the years I have learned some methods that have helped me to put size on pretty quickly and I am going to share it with you now. </p>
<p> Teaching somebody the way to build chest muscles is pretty simple.  They just have to follow a few simple steps and they&#8217;re going to gain size.  The very first thing that you need to grasp is that you must mix dumbbell and barbell exercises up.  For instance : if you are doing barbell bench presses then the following exercise must be incline dumbbell press. </p>
<p> The reason for this is that when doing the dumbbells you are activating stabilizer muscles that are not being used in barbell exercises.  So you would like to have one of each type per workout.  So the next time you might do dumbbell flat bench press and barbell incline press.  Most people stick to all of one type one week and then switch the next.  .  That&#8217;s nowhere near as effective. </p>
<p> The second thing you want to learn about the proper way to build chest muscles is to decelerate.  When doing the downward or negative part of your reps you want to decelerate enormously.  Instead of bringing the weight to your chest fast do it deliberate and slowly.  This will force more blood into the muscle and put more strain which will turn into more size long-term. </p>
<p> So these tips here have helped me personally to put more size on my muscles.  You should be able to use them as well to put mass on your Pecs in a short period of time.</p>

<p> Here are 3 tips to get massive muscles quickly :</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So you want to build huge muscles?  Simple isn&#8217;t it?  Just join a gym and hit those weights constantly and viola, in two months, you may gain so much muscle that you are prepared to take on any muscle building contest.  Is it actually that easy to build massive muscles?  Well, to build muscle mass, there is far more than merely going to the gym regularly.  Here are some muscles mass gaining tips:-</p>
<p> 1) Eat and Eat &#8211; To build muscles, you must eat.  Your calorie consumption must be more than your calorie expenditure.  If you expand all of the calories you have eaten, then where are the calories to build muscles? </p>
<p> 2) Protein &#8211; Ensure that you eat enough protein.  You need to eat one gram of protein per pound  of your body weight everyday if you&#8217;d like to increase muscle mass fast.  If you do not get enough protein, your muscles won&#8217;t grow big. </p>
<p> 3) Supplement &#8211; If you can&#8217;t have adequate protein from your ordinary meals, supplement with protein shakes.  If you want more strength so you can lift heavier weights to grow larger muscles, take Creatine supplement. </p>

<p> Muscle myth 1: The &#8220;muscle pump&#8221; you get in the gym is affecting your muscle gains. </p>
<p> When working out with weights, blood pumps to your muscles and they appear fuller and more vascular.  This is known as a muscle pump, and it feels great.  You appear larger, stronger, and more muscle-bound.  But the myth about muscle pumps is that they have some bearing on the muscle building process.  People who blindly believe this, aim to get a bigger and better pump during their exercise programs, thinking that their muscles will grow due to it. </p>
<p> The reality is its nonsense.  Your pump has zilch to do with getting larger muscles; it&#8217;s just a non permanent complication of training with weights.  So enjoy your muscle pumps, as they cause you to feel good, but do not stupidly believe that it implies anything to your gains. </p>
<p> Muscle parable 2: Performing high reps will give you muscle definition. </p>
<p> Another huge muscle parable is that high reps will make you look more ripped, or outlined.  I am sure you have seen those blokes in the gym who do unending reps of bicep curls, thinking that their arms will look ripped.  Or they are doing heaps of crunches so as to get a six-pack.  It simply doesn&#8217;t work that way.  To get more muscle definition you need to lower your body fat level so that your underlying muscles will be exposed to the globe.  Doing cardiovascular exercises and eating less calories than you spend will do just that. </p>
<p> Muscle myth 3: The more you workout, the bigger and better your gains. </p>
<p> This is a very common mistake amateurs generally make.  They go to the gymnasium day in and day out expecting great results.  But they make very small progress or perhaps no progress in any way.  At some point, you will realize you will need to find the correct balance between coaching and resting.  Your muscles need lots of rest to grow, yet a lot of folk do not understand that.  Over training your muscles can even make you lose muscle.  Coaching only 3-4 days every week for an hour or so each session has been shown to be effective for the majority of those looking to increase muscle.</p>
