<p>It is important that the person be comfortable while lying down. Firm and soft are the goal when it comes to the surface on which they are lying down. You don&#8217;t need a table but try having them lie down on the bed. If they are on your floor, put down a mat or a few soft blankets or towels so that they will feel more at ease. If the person would like to keep his or her shirt on, be sure that it is of a soft material so there will be less friction and scratching.</p>
<p>Begin with the simple rub. Using the full flat side of your hands, slowly rub up from the base of the back toward the neck. Put a bit of pressure into this but avoid using full massage pressure at this point. Begin at the base of the back and then move your hands upward, along both sides of the spinal column toward the neck then move across the shoulders and work your way back down the back. Try making the loops smaller as you do this step again so that the entire back can get loosened up.</p>
<p>You can give good and pointted pressure when you use the heels of your hands. Move the heels of your palms in tiny circles starting out in the middle of the base of the back and then working out toward the sides, upwards and then back toward the backbone until you&#8217;ve done this to the entire back of the person.</p>
<p>Try sitting on one of the sides of the individual you are massaging. Then, with your one hand on top of the other, drive into the back using your fingers. Begin at the backbone and push steadily and with firm pressure across the back away from the backbone and then gently sort of glide your hands back across the back toward the backbone and move up. Repeat this process as you massage up the back and then do it again on the person&#8217;s other side.</p>
<p>Work the spine. Starting with the base of the spinal column, work your way up each of the sausage like muscular tissues on either side of the spine by rubbing in small circles with a couple of fingers or your thumbs. Knead each node at least five times each so that you can build up some friction. Massage your way all the way up one side of the spinal column and then repeat the same thing on the other side of the spine.</p>
<p>Something that you need to keep in mind as you use every one of these techniques is that it is a good idea to re-relax the person between each part of the massage that you give. This means that after using the heels of your hands for specific applied pressure, you must go back to the rub you used at the beginning for a couple of minutes.</p>

<p>It seems a settled point of common knowledge that milk products, in addition to other dairy product for example cheese, are perfect calcium-providing, bone-building, naturally healthy food items which we simply can&#8217;t do without.</p>
<p>But a closer inspection at exactly how dairy products affects your body paints a far more disturbing image. To start with, does it seem natural to consume the milk of another animal? We will probably all agree with the fact that a new mother breast feeding her newborn with human breast milk makes perfect sense. However even humans stop drinking mother&#8217;s milk after a year or so. Why continue to consume the milk of another animal throughout adulthood? No other animal in nature drinks milk for life.</p>

Cows are even fed meat-based byproducts &#8211; which is totally unnatural for cows to eat because Mother Nature intended them to be grass-eating creatures!</p>
<p>The bottom line is, you don&#8217;t need dairy products to be healthy. And beyond that, dairy products are almost certainly damaging to your health. The evidence is overwhelming.</p>
